Our Journey

Fitness Food University began with a simple observation: millions of people want to improve their eating habits, but they lack practical cooking skills and confidence in the kitchen. Traditional nutrition information felt disconnected from real-world cooking, leaving learners frustrated and confused about what to actually prepare for their meals.

Our founder, Katarzyna Nowak, a culinary educator and food enthusiast based in Łódź, recognized this gap and set out to bridge it. She believed that learning to cook nourishing food should be enjoyable, accessible, and grounded in practical technique rather than complex theory.

What started as small cooking workshops in community centers grew into a comprehensive platform serving learners across Poland and beyond. Today, Fitness Food University remains committed to that original mission: teaching anyone, regardless of cooking experience, how to prepare delicious, balanced meals that support their personal health goals.

Founder & Course Director

Katarzyna is a culinary educator with extensive experience in food arts and nutrition coaching. Her passion for making healthy cooking accessible led to the creation of Fitness Food University. She specializes in developing intuitive cooking skills and helping learners overcome kitchen anxiety. Katarzyna holds qualifications in culinary arts and food science, and regularly leads live cooking demonstrations across Poland.

Piotr Kowalski

Piotr Kowalski

Head of Curriculum Development

Piotr brings 15 years of experience in food science and educational program design. He leads the development of our course content, ensuring every lesson is evidence-based, practical, and engaging. With a background in both nutrition science and adult education, Piotr creates learning pathways that meet students where they are and guide them toward lasting behavior change.

Agnieszka is a passionate cooking instructor who specializes in teaching beginners confidence-building techniques. With 8 years of kitchen experience and a talent for breaking down complex recipes into simple steps, she makes cooking approachable for everyone. Agnieszka believes that anyone can become a confident cook with proper guidance and encouragement.
